Terms
To guarantee your reservation a 50% deposit and a signed Tent Rental Agreement is required. Final payment is due the day of installation. A valid credit card is required to reserve your items, all information must be included and filled out and signed by the renter. Charges will be billed to Renter’s credit card for any items missing or damaged. Renter hereby authorizes Welcoming Sentiments to charge this credit card.


Cancellations
When you reserve a tent and or any accessories Welcoming Sentiments immediately removes the tent and accessories from our inventory and schedules.  Reservations are able to be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the rental date. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of reservation date, customer forfeits deposit for cancellation or may reschedule for another date based on availability. If cancellation is requested within 5 days of reservation date, customer agrees to be charged the remaining balance of reservation total.

Site Preparation
Renter must ensure site is ready, (lawns mowed, furniture moved, vehicles moved, etc…) before scheduled setup time. Installation of a tent must be done correctly for the protection of the users, the tent, and the accessories. Renter must ensure that there is a 4 feet clearance all the way around the tent to allow for securing the tent. Tent will be secured by stakes and renter understands that stakes will be driven into lawn.  If site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives, the client will incur an additional fee and/or equipment may not be delivered. Renter is responsible to know where all sprinklers, water lines, gas lines, and all other utilities are located. Welcoming Sentiments is not responsible for any damages to any sprinklers, water lines, sewer, utilities, landscaping, lawn lights, concrete, asphalt, lawn.

Renter shall not damage, alter or remove any items provided. 

No smoking of any kind, open flames or pets in the tent.

Weather
Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most normal weather conditions; however, there may be situations that become unsafe such as high winds or lightning. Evacuation of tents is recommended in these or other unsafe conditions.

Take Down
All Renters personal items must be out of tent on scheduled pickup date.

Loss Or Damage
Responsibility for tents and accessories remains with the Renter from delivery until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use. Renter pays for missing and damaged items. Renter is responsible for all damages to tent equipment due to negligence, vandalism and theft.

Host Responsibilities
Welcoming Sentiments will provide the tent and furnishing described at booking.  We will ensure the tent is clean, safe and in good condition.  We will setup and takedown at agreed upon times at booking.

Liability and Indemnification
____Renter acknowledges that camping and outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

____Renter assumes all responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage during the rental period.

____Welcoming Sentiments shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

____Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Welcoming Sentiments harmless from any claims or damages.

Termination
Welcoming Sentiments may terminate this Agreement immediately if Renter violates any terms.  In case of termination due to Renter’s violation, no refunds will be issued.

Welcoming Sentiments will not be liable for any damages or injury at event. It is also understood that by the nature of tents there may be some leakage during rains.
