How do I set up my glamping reservation?

How much space is needed and what do I need for tent set-up?
A 20 ft round area that is fairly flat and clear for staking the tent. The tent is 10 ft. tall so need the space to be clear of trees or other items.
When do you set up and tear down?
The timing will likely vary based on your request. We will coordinate your needs and our schedule.
How big is the tent? Can you stand up inside comfortably?
The center is just under 10′ tall so you are able to comfortably walk around. The door entrance is 5′ tall by 8′ wide and the side walls are 2′.
Who provides bedding?
Laundered sheets, mattress pads, blanket and pillows are provided. It’s no problem if you would prefer to use your own. You may want to have heavier blankets on hand if the nights are cool.
What if it rains?
Our tents are heavy canvas and are weatherproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as usual. If severe weather is forecasted, you have the option to select another date for set-up based on availability.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery and set-up are included within a 12-mile radius of Mokena, IL. However, rentals may be available for further distances with an additional fee. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Are discounts available for multiple night rentals?
Yes! The first night would be at full-price with subsequent nights at $50 per night.
How are payments made?
Once we’ve agreed on date, package, options etc., you will be required to make a 50% deposit to reserve your rental date. Payment can be made credit card. The remaining 50% balance will be due the day of your rental.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
Reservations are able to be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the rental date. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of reservation date, customer forfeits deposit for cancellation or may reschedule for another date based on availability. If cancellation is requested within 5 days of reservation date, customer agrees to be charged the remaining balance of reservation total.
